Datuk Dr Ahmed Tasir Lope Pihie Datuk Dr. Ahmed Tasir’s name has been synonymous with the development of the Aerospace Industry in Malaysia. Up to 2008 he was the founder and CEO of the Malaysian Industrial Group for High Technology (MiGHT) where he was responsible for the National Aerospace Blueprint and was the secretary to the Malaysian Aerospace Council. Through the years he has been instrumental in orchestrating and planning the development of the national aerospace industry and has acted as the countries aerospace ambassador to the world.
